Christina Chu is a current corporate wellness speaker, spin instructor, personal trainer, and clinical nutrition graduate student. She discovered her passion for nutrition through cooking with her mom since she was tall enough to see above the stove. She believes food should simply make you feel good and be good for you, regardless of what trending media is portraying. With her background in nutrition, her philosophy is that she provides scientific evidence made simple for you.
