Learn to make your own loom from straws and use recyclable paper straws to make a book mark, bracelet or necklace. This colorful project is perfect for kids and adults! Ages 6 and up. $10, includes materials. Space is limited. This class will be held at the Francis Cope House.
The class is taught by members of the Philadelphia Guild of Handweavers. PGHW is a non-profit organization whose mission is to foster the art and craft of weaving and the fiber arts. PGHW is located in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia. Their motto is “We learn by doing and grow by sharing.”
