MEM Tea Imports's educator will lead a tasting of the five main varieties of tea—white, green, oolong, black, and pu-erh—as well as herbal blends that will keep you healthy through the winter. You'll learn about the varied ways that tea plants are processed, the region and terroir they come from, and the unique health benefits that each tea is known for.
