Performathon is a South Shore Conservatory (SSC) community event designed to engage students, parents and faculty. It provides a relaxed and rewarding performance opportunity, while raising much-needed tuition assistance funds to ensure that everyone has access to the arts. Performathon has been an ongoing, fun community event for the last 20 plus years, helping countless families along the way. In 2019 alone, SSC awarded over $150,000 in tuition assistance.
This year, due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, we are transforming our usual in-store event at Barnes & Noble into Performathonline!

All proceeds raised go straight to our tuition assistance program. This year, pledges go twice as far, thanks to the generous donation of the Wallace Leonard Foundation! They will match, dollar for dollar, the first $25,000 raised by students, families and faculty.
Barnes & Noble is an important partner for this event and is running an online bookfair to benefit SSC. They will give SSC a percentage of all online sales from April 2-7 when customers use SSC's Bookfair ID #12590329 in completing their online purchase.
