Learn how to identify trees by recognizing different types of bark, basic leaf types, and other structures. In this guided walk, you will have hands-on practice utilizing the tools needed to identify the trees at the Boston Nature Center as well as trees found in your neighborhood. We will also discuss how climate change is impacting the trees of Boston and changing the forest compositions in Massachusetts.

This program will be held entirely outdoors, so please bring rain and cold weather gear as needed. In the case of inclement, every effort will be made to reschedule the event.

$10.00 for members, $13.00 for nonmembers.
