In this class taught by our Culinary Director - Dave, guests will be able to create and sample their own Spring Soups! Guest will be making Garmugia lucchese (Tuscan spring soup, with spring vegetable, pancetta, parmigiano). Also, students will be creating Creamy Pea and Mascarpone soup!
