Who doesn't love bubbles? Fun, frisky, and oh-so-refreshing, these wines make everyone happy. Sadly, most people overlook their ability to seamlessly pair with foods - especially cheese! It's time to fix that.


Join wine and cheese educator (and carbonation champion) Adam Centamore for an evening exploring the amazing world of sparkling wine and cheese pairings. You'll sample an array of delicious sparkling wines from around the world, expertly paired with cheeses and condiments that are sure to make some magic.

You can choose to take this class at Commonwealth Wine School or Online through Zoom. Tastings are provided as part of the in-person class, or available for pick up at our school if you select the Online with Tasting Kit registration option. For those who choose to register for the online class only, wine lists will be provided ahead of time so that you may taste along at home.
