South Street Spring Festival

South Street kicks off Philly's summer festival season with a totally free, all day, all-ages celebration of the city's best sights, sounds, tastes and sips. Don't miss out!

Festivities will take over South Street between Front and 8th Streets. All activities are FREE and open to the public. Food and drink are pay-as-you-go. Rain or shine! #SouthStFest

HIGHLIGHTS:

* 40 bands rocking three stages and seven performance areas

In conjunction with the Festival, Brauhaus Schmitz will host the 5th Annual German Maifest on the 700 block of South Street, with German beers, dancers, music, food, flower headbands and even a Maypole.

FREE COMIC BOOK DAY:
Outside of Atomic City Comics (638 South Street) look for free giveaways and character appearances during Free Comic Book Day.

FAMILY FUN:
Children of all ages will enjoy free family fun in the expanded Kids Zone.
