For lovers of all things funky and wild, join us in celebrating Sour Beer Day! We’ll take you into our Barrel Room, where we use wild yeast and bacteria to age and experiment with sours. Try our straight sour, Kosmic Mother Funk, and one of our blends. Learn about this process and the history of spontaneous fermentation with one of our Brewery Ambassadors while tasting two different tart styles.
