Learn about music composition and sound design for video games with Kedaar Kumar. In this workshop, we will focus on 2 software applications-- Ableton Live for creating audio and Unity for creating the game. Download Unity for free at

Kedaar has been professionally doing audio for games since 2008 when he joined Harmonix as a Composer/Sound Designer for the Rock Band games franchise and then as an Assistant Audio Lead for the Dance Central games franchise. While at Harmonix from 2008-2012, he worked on 14 award-winning AAA titles. Since then, Kedaar has moved on to teaching video game design, audiovisual programming and audio production at MIT-based NuVu Studio, an alternative learning center for middle and high school kids and also at The Binah School in Sharon, MA.
