This guided meditation class incorporates the healing energies of sound to up-level our meditation.Instruments played will encourage relaxation of the body, guide the mind to enter an alpha-beta state, and aid in balancing the chakras, move through emotional, mental and physical trauma and healing and find a state of deep relaxation.

Curious as to what a Sound Bath is and the benefits?

Sound healing is the use of physical sound vibrations for therapeutic benefit. This can help one experience a greater sense of wellness, feeling of deep relaxation, meditation and healing. This soothing sound bath will be with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and additional instruments.

What to bring?

Wear comfortable clothing, yoga mat, and any items like blanket, meditation mat, pillow that will help you ease into a greater state of relaxation. We will have a some extra mats, eye pillows, props if you forget or don't have one.Beginners welcome.
