SHOWTIME invites you to a special Boston screening of #SMILF followed by a Q&A with creator, star and Boston native Frankie Shaw and series star Rosie O’Donnell!

SMILF is a raw, honest look at the life of a single mom based on Shaw’s Sundance Film Festival® Jury Award-winning short film of the same name. The series, which earned Golden Globe nominations for Best Television Series and Best Actress for Shaw, also stars O’Donnell in her first series regular TV role. This season finds Bridgette Bird, a 20-something from South Boston, striving to focus on the future. Determined to live fearlessly and give her son Larry a better life, Bridgette is a work in progress, doing her best to juggle motherhood, relationships and money. The cast also includes Miguel Gomez, Samara Weaving, Raven Goodwin, Alexandra and Anna Reimer, and guest stars Connie Britton. Executive producing alongside Shaw are Oscar® nominee Michael London, Lee Eisenberg and Scott King.
