On Saturday, August 17, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., SKYBOKX 109 Sports Bar & Grill, MetroWest’s premiere sports bar and grill, will welcome summer BBQ enthusiasts and music lovers alike to a fun-filled evening of delicious food, live country music, and beer samplings.
Featuring a scrumptious pig roast slow cooked by SKYBOKX 109’s culinary mastermind, Chef Brent Sparks, guests will have the chance to dine on all the classic BBQ fixings. From house made cornbread and salads to summer picks like fresh watermelon and corn, Chef Sparks’ pig roast is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
While digging in to Chef Sparks’ scrumptious pig roast, guests can enjoy live music beginning at 7 p.m. by Southbound Train, a seven-piece group that covers top country hits. Additionally, one lucky attendee will win a Patriots football helmet signed by Matt Light, a three-time Super Bowl Champion (courtesy of Keel Vodka). Additional raffle tickets will be sold throughout the night and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to benefit Natick’s police and fire departments.
