Good day all and great news!

If you've been following the news and our pages, you may have seen the unfortunate events of the protests and rallies scheduled to happen on August 19th. Because, by law, we can not get in the middle of things and we deem it EXTREMELY unsafe for anyone to attend, all sides in the end became counter productive and have been showing signs that this weekend could very well erupt with violence and we wish to keep everyone out of harms way. As a company, we stand for Love, Equality and Fun. We do not condone violence, no matter what side it is coming from oppressors or activists.

So, we have decided to move to September 16th! With the new date, since it is a month away we are re-opening all applications, if you have already been accepted, you need not apply again as you are already slated. Should you have any questions about applications or your status please feel free to email us and we will respond as soon as we can!

Greetings it is that time again. When we put on a cosplays and gather for the biggest event of the picnic season. Your hosts work hard to put this event together and run it as smoothly as possible. We request you follow a few rules to ensure a safe, friendly, and fun environment for everyone around.

Since we answer this question a lot.
Don't worry cosplay is not required and there is no entry fee for this event, this is a free event.

Please note that we are a rain or shine event We will not be canceling or moving the Event.

Please note that we do hold a permit, this gives us the right to remove anyone from the premise of our event due to behavioral issues or failure to comply to our rules and policy.
