On Tuesday, May 23rd, 2017, the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) will host wine expert and sommelier Lauren Friel to talk rosé “all day” in the course All About Rosé: Drinking Pink!

From 7:00PM to 9:00PM, guests will join Friel in tasting multiple chilled pink wines while becoming experts on each wine’s history, maker, production process, pairing options and more. Budding connoisseurs looking to master the ins and outs of the hottest drink of summer will sip and simmer over what makes rosé such a trending phenomenon.

One of Boston’s leading wine professionals, Friel was previously the wine director at award-winning Sarma and Oleana restaurants where her eclectic wine program was named Wine Enthusiast’s “100 Best Wine Restaurants” in 2015. She also contributes to both Eater and ChefsFeed.
