Sip & Savor: Holiday Wine & Chocolate Tasting with Amedei

Amedei brings artisanal techniques, unparalleled taste, and a unique style to chocolate. All made in Tuscany, these are the distinctive features that make Amedei renowned all over the world. Artisans in Pontedera control the whole production chain, sourcing the finest raw materials and processing them with traditional techniques, bringing to life creations of true excellence made of few top quality ingredients; cocoa beans, cane sugar, milk and fruit, all carefully selected.

Join us at La Scuola di Eataly as we discover the unique wines of Italy perfectly paired with Amedei Chocolates. In this class, guests will:

• Learn about the different grape varieties of Italian wines, and how to pair them with artisianal Amedei Chocolates. 
• Taste four wines while enjoying a sampling of these decadent treats. 
• Discuss the flavor profile of Amedei Chocolates with Aaron Flamini, the National Manager for Amedei Toscana, as well as an Eataly Beverage Expert.
• Take home tasting notes.
