We are taking a hawker center to the CCAE kitchen. Join Ploy and learn how to make delicious Singapore street food in this hands-on class. We will make Singapore chicken satay with peanut sauce. We’ll also make laksa paste from scratch and turn the paste to the popular Singapore laksa with chicken and tofu. We will finish the class with Singapore Kaya Jam, an addictive coconut yam served with toasts. Instructor: Ploy Khunisorn
