Let’s take the mystery out of buying and cooking seafood. We’ll bring the seashore right into your kitchen. In this online interactive class, you’ll learn how to incorporate fish and seafood into your everyday delicious meals. We’ll talk about seasonality, wild versus aquaculture/farmed, and freshness of fish and seafood. We’ll make green salad with salmon, Mediterranean three fish soup, and Normandy mussels. While we cook, we’ll also talk about and how to properly store and handle seafood. Instructor: Dagmar Smith
