Showcase Cinema de Lux Legacy Place is one of only 21 locations in North America, and the only in New England, chosen to host the Star Wars Marathon. The Marathon features the nine Skywalker Saga films (Episodes 1-9) in a nearly 24-hour period, beginning Wednesday, December 18 and concluding on Thursday, December 19 with an early premiere of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker at 5 p.m. Showcase Cinemas is offering unique perks so movie-goers won’t miss a minute of the action, including access to “Resistance Re-Fresh” Stations to clean up, “Jedi Yoga” breaks to stretch and relax in between movies, a special Star Wars on-site photo opp., and portable cell phone charging lockers.
