Shake off the blues and recharge your energy system. Join Melina on Zoom for a 50 minute class. Open to beginners.
Goal: uplifting belly dance movement experience replete with choo choos, shimmies, basic combinations and ecstatic arms. Warm up and cool down stretch included.
Register early to receive the private Zoom link on time. If you register more than 1 day in advance you will receive Melina’s “Shimmy in Quarantine” playlist for class. Please register more than 20 minutes in advance of the class to ensure you receive the link!
