Greeting the warmth and light of the Summer months, this two hour workshop will focus on the energy and alignment of classical Sun Salutations. Sun salutations are taught in nearly all yoga classes, yet rarely broken down into detail. Roxie Ochadlik will provide a rare opportunity to focus on each pose and transition that makes up the Sun A and B, leaving you with a deeper understanding that you can carry into your future practice.
