You asked for it, so we got on it! Boston Women's Market, The Wax Life, and Athleta are teaming up again for a yoga and goal-setting workshop that will help you slow down, create personal goals, and set your intentions. This workshop is the perfect moment of post-work evening zen for any womxn looking to set a goal; whether that goal is to finally clean out the closet or write your business plan!


When: July 31 from 5:30 PM - 8 PM (Rain Date August 1)
Where: Athleta Newbury Street, 92 Newbury Street, Boston, MA & Boston Public Garden
Cost: $8
Bring Your Own Mat! Refreshments and light snacks will be provided.


Workshop Schedule
5:30 PM: Meet at Athleta Newbury Street for a pre-workshop Athleta raffle and shop. Attendees will receive 20% off any purchase!


6 PM: We'll walk together to the Boston Public Garden where we'll reduce stress and slow down the breath with a restorative yoga flow led by yoga instructors Africa Rubio and Meghan Gaucher.


7 PM: During the second half of the workshop, we'll get comfy on our mats while Michelle Wax, founder of Kitchen Millie and The Wax Life guides us through an interactive goal and vision setting exercise.


Don't forget to bring your own mat! Athleta has a limited number of mats available. Refreshments and light snacks will be provided.
