Self-Care Sundays are monthly deep dives into a diverse treasure chest of tools to support your body, mind, and spirit, during the time of year when the night is longer than the day. It’s a beautiful time to tune into what your heart and soul want to tell you. These workshops are designed to support you in showing up more fully in your life and for those around you, getting to know yourself more deeply, and feeling more luminous in the world. When we shine more brightly, everyone benefits - self-care is care for the world!


January, 2023: Creating a Daily Practice for a Vibrant Life


Let's cultivate a Luminous 2023 - what lights you up? What are your dreams for the coming year?


Perhaps you already know you want more ease, or creativity, or to follow your heart more. Maybe it’s more time with friends, or just more time truly being present. Or you may just be starting with the question, “what do I want to welcome in?” Wherever you are on this spectrum, this workshop is for you.


A morning practice that fits your needs and desires can be truly transformative. Sometimes taking even 5 minutes in the morning can make a world of difference, for you, and for those around you.


In this workshop we’ll try out a sampling of practices together, such as heart-tuned journaling, body-sourced movement, and a gratitude meditation. You’ll come away with one that feels like a fit for you, with a challenge to try it out for 30 days! You’ll be invited to stay connected in a private Facebook group, to share how the process goes for you and receive community support.

Bonus meditation!


Each monthly session will begin with a short guided community-sourced meditation. In this practice we tune into the present moment and our experience together, and name what arises in the moment, including thoughts, sensations, and feelings. Your whole self, with your whole experience, is welcome. This is a practice of awareness and witnessing ourselves and our community. People come away from this practice with new self-awareness, feelings of connection, and grounded ease. 


This is for anyone who is committed to feeling better or more present in the world.
