Halloween has gone to the dogs - again! On Friday, October 30, the Downtown Boston Business Improvement District (BID) will host the second annual Doggone Halloween Costume Parade. Co-hosted and sponsored by the Downtown Boston BID, the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (MSPCA-Angell) and emceed by WCVB-TV Meteorologist Danielle Vollmar, the event will begin at noon outside of Macy’s in Downtown Crossing.
