This special edition of Seaport Sweat will feature the incredibly popular Spartan Race hosting their workout tour on Seaport Common. Certified Spartan SGX Coaches will guide participants through a 1-hour bodyweight workout complete with rope climbing, jump rope, slam balls, and more. The class will be geared towards all levels and athletic abilities. All participants will receive a Spartan Workout Tour t-shirt and discounts on races, training, and online merchandise.
