Seafood Supper Club

Cap off our "On the Half Shell" Oysterfest event with an all new experience delivered by Bluefin. Enjoy an incredible and elevated local seafood tasting menu prepared by Chef Manya Lulek inside the Upstairs at Bow event space in Somerville, MA. A four course, full service tasting menu with optional wine or nonalcoholic pairings, and a tasty treat to take home from Maca Boston.

The Courses

First:

• Fish Skin Chicharrones - toasted nori, creme fraiche, and trout roe
• Bread Service - uni butter

Second:

• Local Crudo - pickled husk cherries, artichoke chips, brown butter

Third:

• Whitefish Soup - potato, celery, roasted fish stock, paprika oil
• Pan Fried Local Fish - buckwheat porridge, buttermilk, pickled shallots

Main:

• Crispy Skin Salmon - smoked mussel and oyster escabeche, carrot salad

Gratuity and tax are included in the ticket price.
