Science tells us what foods we can eat to protect our brain or to harm it. Join Dr. Emerson Lombardo – researcher, lecturer and advocate – for a critical discussion about which delicious and easily prepared foods to enjoy every day and which foods to avoid as we seek to make ourselves and our brains more robust and resilient. The science is there. The rest is up to us.

This program presented in partnership with Beacon Hill Village as part of their Living Well Ending Well series will happen over Zoom webinar. Registration required. Please visit this link to register. Registrants will receive a link the day before the program.

Dr. Emerson Lombardo, PhD has 40 years of experience in Alzheimer’s-related services and research. She is Adjunct Research Assistant Professor of Neurology at Boston University School of Medicine, and the BU Alzheimer’s Disease Center. Dr. Emerson Lombardo integrated the results of hundreds of scientific studies into a brain healthy nutritional program designed to promote cognitive and emotional brain health for people at every age. She offers consultation and coaching to individuals and organizations, including guidance on customizing and implementing brain healthy nutrition programs.
