U.S. Small Business Administration
Dianna Seaborn, a seasoned SBA lender, joined the SBA Office of Investment SBIC program in 2008 after spending 24 years in the private sector in small business and commercial finance. She is currently the Director of the Office of Financial Assistance in the SBA’s Office of Capital Access. Her experience includes credit policy development and implementation, training and business development. She oversees the 7(a) and 504 Loan Program Divisions, the Secondary Market Program Division and the Microenterprise Development Division.
