On Tuesday, February 14th, Bastille Kitchen of Boston’s historic Fort Point District, invites guests to enjoy a romantic Valentine’s Day dining experience inspired by the “city of love,” culminating in the form of a decadent three-course prix fixe meal boasting a combination of fine ingredients and innovative flavors.
New couples and long-time lovebirds alike are guaranteed to be satisfied by dishes like delicate Tuna Crudo, sushi grade tuna paired with hearts of palm, toasted pistachios, and a touch of lemon; tender Lobster and Mushroom Ravioli, complete with asparagus, creamy lobster sauce, and black truffle; and a melt-in-your-mouth Surf and Turf duo, featuring a fork-tender filet of beef and Alaskan King Crab finished with comforting components such as earthy mushrooms and butternut squash.
To satisfy every guest’s sweet tooth, talented Pastry Chef Nathan Kibarian is offering a duo of decadent treats, including, a gorgeous Macaron Heart for Two, a Parisian macaron with raspberry diplomat cream and sliced lychee fruit, and creamy Chocolate Mousse, finished with chocolate cake, fresh strawberries, and vanilla Chantilly cream.
