“When I wake up in the morning, and the ‘larm gives out a warning…” you know it is time to get to City Tap House for “Saved by the BRUNCH,” a back-to-school “Saved by the Bell” themed party.


Whether you’re returning to the city to start the school year or if you want to live out your “90s baby” best self, peg those legs, tie your hairsprayed locks in a scrunchie, slap on those (outlawed) magnetic bracelets and get ready to relive the nostalgia of Kelly, Zach, Lisa, Screech, Jessie and Slater while DJ T-Rex spins the best hits of the decade. In addition to scoring 90s-themed swag, bring your appetite for throwback snacks like Pancake Bacon Strips, crispy applewood bacon wrapped in fluffy buttermilk pancakes served with maple and blueberry syrup ($10) and Pizza Bagels, mini plain bagels topped with red sauce and a choice of cheese or pepperoni ($10). To sip, there is the Hawaiian-style mimosa, The Malibu Sands, with Malibu rum, pineapple juice and bubbles ($9).
