Samuel Adams is thrilled to invite you to an intimate night at the Boston Brewery to celebrate American Craft Beer Week: Traditional Southern Farm-to-Table comes to Boston.
Join us on Saturday, May 20th from 6:30pm to 9:30pm for a six course Carolina Farm-to-Table Style Beer Dinner. We are teaming up with award winning and critically acclaimed South Carolina native chef, Will Lacey, owner of Yellow Dog BBQ and founder of Savvy Foods, for a night you don't want to miss.
We'll be blending, brining, and braising Samuel Adams beers into every course, as well as expertly pairing some of our specialty brewery beers (including some directly from the tank) with each dish for a truly amazing evening. Hosted by Adam Cupples, a Certified Cicerone, the dinner will include lessons and insights on cooking and pairing traditional southern fare with Samuel Adams beers. Your $100 ticket includes an opening reception in our brand new tasting room, a six course plated dinner in our brewhouse, and a perfect pint glass.
