Join Saloon on Tuesday, February 28th for a fun night of pageantry that will make you feel like you’re partying on Bourbon Street. Break out the beads and the funny hats, as ‘The Be Nice or Leave! Brass Band’ adds festiveness to the occasion playing New Orleans style Jazz from 9:30 PM to 12:30 PM. Chef Shayne Nunes will be preparing some Louisiana classics like Shrimp & Grits and Beignets, and on the drink front there will be plenty of Sazeracs, and Vieux Carre's flowing to wash away all your sins.
