Sake is an ancient, complex and unique beverage. In this class you will learn about the ingredients needed to produce sake, the main styles and types, and how to understand the aromas and flavors. This is the perfect introduction to one of our favorite beverages, and will help you feel more confident in your future sake purchases. A sake list will be shared with you before class so that you can taste along at home.
