Summer's coming, time for an event!


Please join us at Rx Strength Training this Memorial Day Weekend to enjoy good food, great company, and a killer workout, and help us celebrate the bravery and sacrifice of our brothers and sisters who served and protected us!


We'll kick off on Sunday, May 28 from 10:00am-3:00pm with coffee and snacks, then continue with a choice of Hero WODs dedicated to every branch our armed forces (including Murph, of course) to be completed onsite and among friends at RX!


Afterward, get ready to enjoy music and a BBQ, and all manner of festivities to celebrate our friendship and freedom!


This event is FREE to all, so please feel free to bring your friends and signature snacks, and help us make this Memorial Day Weekend great!
