If you want to explore more about the world of dumplings, let’s try with Pelmini and Vareniki, Russian dumplings. We’ll start with making the dough from scratch. While the dough is resting, we’ll make the meat fillings for Pelmeni and then vegetarian fillings for Vareniki. You’ll learn folding techniques and how to cook them. We encourage you to make dumplings along in this online class but you are also welcome to just watch and learn. The list of ingredients needed will be sent to the class along with the Zoom link 3 days before the class starts. Instructor: Olga Kharina
