1984 was a fascinating time for horror comedy films. Gremlins and Ghostbusters were in the top 5 best-selling films for the year. Join the Roslindale Film Society as we have a discussion about Gremlins before screening this holiday classic.
The film will be shown with closed captions. It will be preceded by a short discussion with the Roslindale Film Society to place this film in its cultural context.
Doors are open at 6:30 pm. Food and beer and wine will be available for purchase. The film screening begins at 7:00 p.m.
