Amateur chefs will learn the art of making ricotta gnocchi by hand. One of Italy’s most prized styles, these soft doughy dumplings are paired perfectly with hearty sauces or light finishes. At the conclusion of class, enjoy a plate of these scratch-made pillows of pasta or take your creations home along with a recipe card to continue honing your craft.
