RESTORE SPA YOGA: In this all levels class Kristen focuses on the needs and care of participants as she guides you through mindful practice leveraging movement, breath, our senses; all while feeling pampered in your experience.

This class utilizes gentle touch, aromatherapy, warmed Restore Spa towels, light, soothing music

SACRED SOUND HEALING: Restore welcomes International Sound Healer and Musician Michelle Marie Sawtell as she combines the power of energy healing, alchemy crystal singing bowls, and angelic vocals to create a transcendent and transformative healing experience.

Bathing in the sacred sounds will harmonize the mind, body, and spirit, leaving you at peace, clear-minded, rejuvenated and revitalized.

Sound Healing is based on the scientific principles that all matter including the cells in your body vibrate to a precise frequency when healthy and to a dissonant frequency when diseased. Sound healing provides the required maintenance needed for restoring the human resonance back to the perfected pattern of health and wellness.
