Let go of the week – and holiday stress – with yoga nidra, a powerful practice of guided relaxation. Leave behind the worries and the noise of daily life, and find a place of inner quiet. The practice will guide you to a deep place of conscious rest, where it is possible to access great healing potential, deep states of peace and calm, and even spiritual insight! Yoga nidra is an enjoyable practice that is very accessible – you need only lie down and listen as you are guided on a meditative journey. Whether you are looking for a way to release tension and anxiety, needing a general reset, looking for new ways to increase awareness, or simply wanting to experience subtler practices of yoga – join us!

A blanket will be provided. Please bring any additional items (eye pillow, layers of clothing, socks, a favorite pillow, etc.) that will help you to create the comfort you need to rest on your back and practice with ease.
