If you are looking for a new way to sauce your pasta, this is the class for you! Pasta sauces come from all regions of Italy, from Emilia Romania, the boot of Sicily! In class we will be making Quatro Formaggio Sauce, Umbrian Meat Ragu, Amatriciana Sauce, and Pasta alla Norma with Eggplant. Learn how to match your sauces with pasta shapes and why. Join Chef Diane for a pasta fest, and go away with new and delicious recipes! Instructor: Diane Manteca
