Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the most popular grapes in the world, but it can have very different representations in your glass depending on where it's from. Today, we're going to go over the history of this colonizer grape, where it comes from, and where it has made it across the globe. We'll also taste two Cabernet Sauvignons from two completely different regions, and understand the culture of winemaking in those places, and why the wines taste like they do.
This is a great class for anyone, no matter your wine knowledge. See you there!

You don't need to purchase wines to enjoy the class! If you're remote, we can suggest alternatives, or you can tune in as a teetotaler and still learn something.

– I'm not in the Boston area. How do I get the wines?
Contact your local wine store (try for a small business, not a liquor store/supermarket) and ask them if they have the wines in stock. If not, ask if they have any suggestions for alternatives that fit the bill (bonus points if they're natural wines!).
