Please join Community Boating Inc. (CBI) as we honor and celebrate Genzyme Sanofi for over 10 years of supporting our Universal Access Program (UAP). Since 2007 CBI's Universal Access Program, in partnership with the Department of Conservation and Recreation, has served over 2500 sailors with disabilities. Sailors from CBI's UAP have competed in and won national and international sailing competitions. CBI partners with many organizations to make "Sailing for All" a reality for individuals with disabilities including the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation, Veterans Administration, United Cerebral Palsy of Metro Boston., Belmont Special Olympics, Perkins School for the Blind, Advocates Brain Injury, Carson Center for Traumatic Brain Injury, Multicultural Neurobehavioral Rehabilitation, CHAIWORKS,and Till Inc. CBI also partners with Olin College in support of developing adaptive technologies for blind sailors.
The support from Genzyme Sanofi for over 10 years has been a linchpin in CBI's ability to deliver our programming to individuals with disabilities. Please join us at our Raise the Sails Gala and help CBI honor and celebrate Genzyme Sanofi and CBI's Universal Access Program.
Held at the Liberty Hotel, this semi-formal gala features a silent and live auction, raffle, hors d'oeuvres, open beer and wine bar, photo booth, dancing, and more--all to support CBI's youth and accessible sailing programs.
