When it comes to cuisine, Europe has long reigned supreme. Who can argue with the titans of France, Spain, Italy, and more? With all that history and tradition, it may seem their place at the head of the wine and cheese table is secure...or is it?
Join educator and writer Adam Centamore for an evening of tasty, tasty competition between European cheeses and American cheeses to determine who comes out on top! You'll sample deelish wines, cheeses and condiments from each of these global powers and vote for your favorite. Help the red, white and blue take on Europe!
You can choose to take this class at Commonwealth Wine School or Online through Zoom. Tastings are provided as part of the in-person class. We will provide a wine and cheese tasting list for those who wish to take the class online.
