On Friday, May 12, PRSA Boston will be hosting its fifth annual Social Media Summit. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from some of the region’s most forward thinking agencies, organizations and content creators. Beyond the fundamentals, attendees will learn how social media is being integrated in communications strategies at some of the region’s most visible brands, including: Ocean Spray, Dunkin’ Donuts, Raytheon, Planet Fitness, Eversource, Life is Good, MBTA/Mass DOT, Boston University and many more.


The Social Media Summit will explore industry best practices across different social media platforms, the role of content creation in PR, how social media has become a critical part of crisis communications and how to break through the clutter that exists on many news feeds. Attendees will learn how to use storytelling and video to keep a community engaged and growing.
