Roland Calupe of the Milagros Project , Ellie Tiglao of Pamangan and Yana Gilbuena of SALO are teaming up to bring you a Filipino dinner featuring dishes from different provinces in the Philippines.
This will be 5-course plated Kamayan style dinner (eating with hands on banana leaves each course) with an intermezzo.
