On August 21, we welcome back The Prisoner Wine Company to Salem for an exclusive five-course dinner with wine pairings.
Hosted by our wine director Joseph Comforti and Prisoner Wine representative Mitchell Weissberg, a reception will take place from 6-6:30pm before our executive chef, Kassandra Santana, starts the pairings adventure with her co-hosts at 6:30pm. The dinner also will showcase the newest member of Prisoner's collection, "Eternally Silenced Pinot Noir."
Prior to the wine dinner, Weissberg will be next door at Tuscan Market from 4:30-5:30pm for a tasting of Prisoner's finest and to autograph bottles.
ABOUT MITCHELL WEISSBERG:
Mitchell Weissberg has sold and studied wine in New York, New Jersey, Colorado and currently New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont. After working for a NH wine broker for seven years, he has been managing the wine portfolio at Constellation Brands for the past 11 years in NH/ME/VT. Weissberg recently received Level-Three award/certification for The Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Known for his unique and fun presentations, you are sure to enjoy and learn during this amazing food & wine experience!
