"Pride: Hand in Hand" celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising and launch of the modern gay rights movement, with new chamber music by LGBTQ+ composers. Presented in partnership with the Boston Pride Committee.
Featuring works by: Oliver Caplan, Steven Serpa, Ingrid Stozel, Dennis Tobenski, Diana Voyer, and Emma Wine
With performances by: Julia Carey, Minjin Chung, Kiyoshi Hayashi, Kelley Hollis, Anne Howarth, Wolcott Humphrey, Andy Pease, Ryan Shannon, Nicholas Southwick, Nate Tucker, and Lu Yu.
Before the concert, arrive at 6:00 for a free pre-concert talk with Professor Karen Ruymann of the Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
After the concert, stay for a complimentary meet-the-artists reception!
