What is a good life?


Although today we use the word "Stoic" to refer to someone who is unemotional and uncomplaining in the face of adversity, Stoicism is among the most famous philosophies that was seeking eudaimonia, or happiness.


Far from being emotionless statues, the Stoics lived rich, vibrant lives, full of meaning and purpose despite challenging times. It’s no wonder their teachings have endured, and are so relevant and popular today.


This workshop will focus on making a few essential teachings practical, and we'll do some exercises to help us draw out our own innate wisdom.
