Join Athleta Ambassadors Paige Fetzer and Trenni Kusnierek at Athleta for a #PowerofShe Panel featuring Tania Del Rio, Kiki Mills Johnston, Katie Stebbins, and Elaine Stokes to celebrate this mission and hear how these women are affecting change in the Boston community.

Our Panelists:


Tania Del Rio is the Executive Director for the Mayor's Office of Women's Advancement. Previously, she worked as the Diversity Outreach Officer for the Mayor's Office. She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from New York University and a Master in Public Policy degree from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Her work on gender equality on the Mexican Foreign Service was presented with the Outstanding Policy Analysis Exercise and the Jane Mansbridge Gender Research Awards at the Harvard Kennedy School. She lives in East Boston with her family.


Kiki Mills Johnston's career has spanned the business, nonprofit and government sectors to create profitable partnerships and meaningful impact. She currently serves as Managing Director of MassChallenge Boston, a global accelerator program for early stage startups across all industries. Prior to MassChallenge she spent time in San Francisco and Austin, TX working in the venture philanthropy space supporting social entrepreneurs. She spent more than a decade at The Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange (MITX) in Boston, where she was President and chief advocate for the emerging technology sector. She loves community, people who want to make an impact, living in Boston and spending time with her husband and two kids – one canine (Douglas the border collie) and one human - four year old Benjamin. Kiki graduated from the American University with a degree in International Relations


Katie Stebbins is the vice president for economic development for the University of Massachusetts. She serves as a liaison to the business community, establishing and growing research and workforce development partnerships to benefit the university and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Katie was previously Assistant Secretary for Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where she co-chaired the Governor Baker’s Digital Health Council and led state investment efforts in health-tech, robotics, advanced manufacturing and cyber security. A 20-year veteran of public service and economic development, Katie has launched three of her own companies, is a shameless champion for mid-size cities, roller derby and women in leadership.


Elaine Stokes is a vice president, portfolio manager and co-head of the full discretion team at Loomis, Sayles & Company. She has 30 years of investment industry experience and joined Loomis Sayles in 1988. Elaine is a co-portfolio manager for the firm's flagship Loomis Sayles Bond Fund, which won the 2009 Morningstar Fund Manager of the Year award in the fixed income category. Elaine is co-head and founder of the Loomis Sayles Women at Work Network and is on the executive board for the Strong Women, Strong Girls nonprofit organization.


Our Facilitators:


Paige Fetzer is the Director of Global Government Affairs and Pubic Policy at Dell Technologies and Founder of P.E.Fitness. After returning from living overseas, Fetzer started her company teaching spin, bootcamp and total body conditioning while promoting healthy lifestyle and community through fitness. Paige is an Athleta Ambassador.


Trenni Kusnierek is a sports anchor/reporter for NBC Sports Boston. An avid runner, she has completed 11 marathons and will run her 12th this October in Chicago. Kusnierek is also a mental health advocate and public speaker. Trenni is an Athleta Ambassador.
