Certified yoga instructor and Ayurvedic health counselor-in-training Rob Halpin will lead a one-hour, all-levels yoga class followed by an overview of the basic principles of Ayurveda, India’s ancient health and wellness science. No yoga experience is required but even seasoned practitioners will enjoy the opportunity to deepen their practice and gain new insights – all while contributing $20 toward a noble cause. Questions?
